Visa
For tourists from the countries of the Mercosur (Argentina, Venezuela, Uruguay and Paraguay) is necessary only to show some identification or a valid passport.
For tourists and visitors from other countries is necessary to show a passport valid at least for the following six months.
Tourists are allowed to stay in Brazil for a maximum period of 90 days. This period can be extended by an authorization issued by Federal Police ( Policia Federal). Tourists are not allowed to work during their stay in the country. For further information regarding working visas, or other classes of visa, contact the nearest Brazilian Consulate or Embassy in your Country.
